Game Mechanic

In RanchersLand, players stake their NFT assets to produce rewards, consume stamina, and progress through various gameplay systems. The core game mechanics are described below:

πŸ”— NFT Staking System

Players can stake Tools, Workers, and Packs to passively generate rewards. Each staked NFT produces rewards at regular intervals.

⚑ Stamina Consumption

All production actions require Stamina (energy). Stamina can be replenished using FARM tokens. With the introduction of seasonal gameplay, the amount of FARM needed to restore Stamina now changes based on the current season, encouraging players to plan recovery and usage more strategically. If Stamina is depleted, the player cannot perform any production-related actions.

🎁 Claim System

In RanchersLand, NFTs generate rewards after a fixed cooldown period. When a player attempts to claim these rewards, the system first checks two conditions:

  • The NFT's Durability must be above zero.

  • The Player's Stamina must be sufficient to perform the action.

If either condition is not met, the claim will fail.

For all NFTs except Worker NFTs, the reward amount includes a random variation ranging from -15% to +30%. This adds an element of unpredictability and makes each claim action slightly different, encouraging active and strategic gameplay.

πŸ› οΈ Repair System

Tools lose Durability with each use. Once worn out, they must be repaired using TOOL tokens to continue functioning and producing rewards. With the seasonal system update, repair costs now vary depending on the current season, adding a new layer of strategy to when and how players maintain their equipment.

πŸ‘₯ Assistant System

Players can assign another wallet as a trusted assistant. The assistant can remotely perform limited actions such as Claim, Repair, and Stamina refill, without needing access to the player's wallet keys.

πŸ§ͺ Crafting System

Players can craft new NFTs by spending specific resources: primarily TOOL and RANCH tokens. Starting with the upcoming update, Stamina will also be consumed during crafting. The resulting NFT is determined by predefined templates and recipes.

Important: Crafting requires Stamina, but the initial 200 reserve Stamina granted to new accounts cannot be used for crafting. To proceed with crafting, players must have at least: 200 (reserve) + required Stamina cost in their available Stamina pool.

Note: This means some high-tier crafts (e.g., Workshop or Diamond Worker) cannot be crafted without staking at least one Worker NFT, since additional Stamina capacity is required.

πŸ’Έ Withdrawal System

Players can withdraw earned tokens to their wallets. A dynamic fee between 5% and 8% is applied to each withdrawal, calculated using an internal RNG-based mechanism.

πŸ€ Bonus Mechanism

Staked Worker NFTs increase the yield of matching tool types. They can also add bonus rewards per claim, depending on configuration and chance.

⏳ Cooldown Periods

Each NFT has a charged time (cooldown) that must elapse before rewards can be claimed again. Attempts to claim early will be rejected.

With the new Season System, cooldown durations are now affected by the active season. Some weeks will have faster claims (e.g., Summer), while others will slow things down (e.g., Winter), adding a new layer of timing and efficiency planning to gameplay.

🀝 Referral System

To encourage community-driven growth, RanchersLand introduces a referral system that rewards players for inviting others to the game. This system not only helps expand the player base organically but also provides long-term incentives for active community engagement.

Players can invite others to join RanchersLand using their unique referral link.

  • After connecting their wallet, new players can manually assign a referrer account.

  • The referrer must have joined the game before the referred player.

  • This connection is permanent and cannot be changed after being set.

  • Referrers earn a 0.5% commission from every withdrawal made by their invitees.

  • Rewards are automatically delivered to the referrer’s in-game balance.

  • Players can view their referral connections and their invitees’ connections directly in the Network Panel.

This system supports sustainable ecosystem growth and incentivizes player-driven outreach.
